Guest Reserved Under Wrong Account

Hi! I'm new to hosting and I just had someone instant book then tell me they accidentally booked using their friend's account bc they were signed in from a previous trip. The booking is next weekend. I don't want to get penalized for canceling them but I can't find resources in airbnb help on this and I don't know where else to turn to ask.

I'd contact support and let them work it out with the renter. I've had pretty good experiences with the support team in odd situations like this one.

It looks like the Guest's reservation will have already arrived by this time. Would love to know how you approached this in the end!
