Guest acting friendly to take advantage. Not respecting the rules

Hello . I’m a female super host.
I have 5 start rate.

I live with my dogs in the living room and I rent 1 bedroom in ny apartment.

The last bookings I have hard time

sometimes with the guest especially females;

 they acting  nice to me , they want to be my friend , and then ask for many favors  I don’t provide in the listings .
The last guest;

she ask me to help her take her suitcases (6 big suitcases) to her another apartament .

I di…
After she told me come to the pharmacy with her
after she asked me to go to the supermarket

when I go for a walk she’s like ;

-wait for me I come ….
I’m like ….  👀

She wanted to eat with me and share a lot of time .
well I make all this efforts to try to make her comfortable and trying to be friendly ,
I love help but

honestly….

I hate that guest, take a lot of time from me, without even thinking (  we are not friends )

I need my time, my space , I love my time alone . I’m introvert .

later she asked me if she could stay sharing with me, without doing Airbnb .

I tell her

-No, Airbnb is my business, I can’t do that.

 next day she ask The same question.

we could live together and share …

So annoying.

She still acting nice the whole time . BUT

She end up giving me 4 start in cleaning and value ,

but 5 start overal rating .

I feel very upset that guest like her always take so much time energy from me and then end up giving me low rate .

They rent a room not my time .
IS IT normal that I end  up hating this guest ? Now she’s my neighbor. She lives close to me . And I don’t even want to see her face anymore . I gave her 5 start rating . I never rate. Less that than to any of my guest even if they weren’t that nice.

what do you think about this ?

@Salma109 You are high on human kindness (good for you!), a true giver; unfortunately there are a lot of takers out there. When you have time maybe practice in front of a mirror how to say "No" with 'kindness' and then try it on her. Let us know how it went. 🙂
