Guest brought cat to stay without notifying

Hi, Just had a guest leave after 20 day stay, booking was 2 Adults , infant and dog. 
Went to have place cleaned and evidence a cat had been in the property. 
hair on all bedding. Couches. Cat litter and biscuits on floor. 
evidence dog had been on furniture. 
rules state no pets in carpeted areas ( Only bedrooms ) and no pets on furniture. 
Guest admitted to having cat when questioned. 
Took 2 people an extra 3 hours each to clean and no guarantee all fur gone,multiple washes to removed fur from bedding.

what’s a reasonable fee to charge for all this extra cleaning?

I would say whatever your cleaners charged for the additional cleaning @Aaron1459
