I'm a new host and don't know the procedure for this. She initially made the reservation for just herself. Reached out to me to change the reservation to add her husband and two kids. I sent her the link to the information to make the change herself and then I accepted the changes. The problem is, it also changed the pricing. Airbnb sent her an email regarding the price increase and I sent her an email that Airbnb was requesting a payment to confirm her reservation, without any response. We had already been emailing and her replies were prompt so it feels like she's avoiding me. Weekends are my bread and butter and this is a weekend reservation. At what point do I reach out again? Am I allowed to cancel the reservation if she doesn't pay and at what point? Any advice is appreciated and much thanks in advance.
