A Guest checked themselves in a day early , supposedly by accident ! They made no contact and was only discovered by accident when I went to drop off fresh milk and eggs on the morning of their check in , walked in to find personal belongings, used beds and a makeshift washing line from the curtain rod to the wardobe door. ( a clothes airer is provided ). It took until later that day for them to return mine and Airbnb messages, It was very unsettling.
I now need to work out how to add the extra charge, Has anyone ever experienced this?
They are our second last guest as the property is sold and settllement is at the end of the month, I am co-hosting with my Mum as she is unwell and wouldn't normally provide the self check in details until the day.
