Guest damaged my dryer and airbnb doesn't help

I have sent airbnb all evidence, including photos, and receipt of replacement.

Every time when I chatted with the customer support, i got empty promises but no action. After a week, yesterday I messaged again twice, no response from airbnb. I suspect they are robots so I called them, after 30 minutes waiting, a guy came out with more promise. He promised to reply my chat message in a few minutes but it didn't happen. He also promised this is escalated and somebody will contact me in couple hours but again it didn't happen.

How can I trust airbnb customer support?

To be fair @Lina-and-Liang0  Airbnb is focussing most of its resources on dealing with the corona virus at the moment. I hope you hear a positive outcome soon.

Thanks Helen. Im just frustrated by their empty promises, or no responsitive. This could have been  treated more open and honest  way.
