Hi All,
I have had all sorts of guests and requests in the past, but a new situation has arisen, a guest stayed for a few days and after check out, he keeps asking me if he received any letters.
I wouldn't allow him to receive letters in the first place during his stay let alone after check out.
That's all fine. Now he contacted Airbnb customer support, and the person is telling me to give him post received at my address!
Do you think Airbnb customer support are being reasonable to make such a request?!

They are absolutely being unreasonable. @Hasan187 . If you receive any post just send it back saying unknown at this address.
Confirm to the guest that they shouldn't have any post sent to your address. And that they should contact whoever is sending them mail and arrange for it to be sent to their current address.

If you didn’t include it in your listings on airbnb then I don’t see why they should receive anything from your address and who told them to do that in the first place before asking you if it was ok
This is ridiculous. Just how long did that guest stay, to think he could change his address? I would never let a guest use my address for mail. I'd say if you haven't received anything, just tell him that, and advise him to change his address immediately. What a mess! Good Luck!
