Guest exceeded the number of guests

yesterday one customer booked our stay customer name Midhun MC Conformation code ** they mentioned 4 adult 1 infant but they camr 6adult 1 child As per our priceing upto 4 person 3000/- aditional per person 700/- how  you charged 3000/-
