I have a guest arriving next week that has not returned messages. I need to communicate to set up parking passes and door lock codes. I have sent Airbnb messages and text message. I Haven't called yet. Also there is no email or profile picture on the reservation.
@Kim2476 I find many guests don't respond until a few days from their stay. I guess they haven't set up alerts/downloaded the app as this may be a one-off experience for them. I think hosts expect guests to be as on-top of the platform as they are but its usually not the case.
