Guest is breking the rules 
is smoking and iviting others extra guest unregistered to stay in the place

If you have evidence of this ie a camera or you've seen this personally you have two options

1. Contact the guest and remind them only those who've booked can be at the property . Also remind them it's a non smoking property . Say if they continue to smoke and have their visitors stay you'll need to ask Airbnb to cancel 

2. if you have space for the additional people within your maximum headcount then get them to get Airbnb to adjust the booking and add them to the booking and pay any additional guest fee
