Guest misbehave

One guest misbehaved with my maid, what action should I take? And how to connect Airbnb for complaint

You should report this incident directly to Airbnb as soon as possible. Here's how:

Select "Report a safety issue" or use the "Contact Us" option to speak with a support agent.

Provide all relevant details, including the reservation number, a clear description of the incident, and any evidence (messages, witness statements, etc.).

Airbnb takes guest misconduct seriously, and they can investigate the issue and take appropriate action, including removing the guest or limiting their account.

In the meantime, ensure your maid feels safe and supported, and avoid any further contact with the guest if necessary. Your property and team’s safety must come first.
