Guest not returning messages

Good morning.

I made a mistake and approved a reservation for a guest with no reviews.  They are not returning my messages.  Any suggestions?

If the reservation is confirmed and you want it undone, the only option you have is to cancel it (but you will receive penalties from Airbnb).

If you only pre-approved an inquiry, then just retract the pre-approvement.

Have you tried sending a text message @Maritza117 , or even telephoning? With new-to-Airbnb users I sometimes find they either haven’t installed the app on their phone or, if they have, they have failed to activate notifications.
