Guest paid for extra service ( passes)

Hi my guest paid for passes but no longer require them but check-in tomorrow, how do I refund them ( I have not purchased the passes for them yet which is good ) ?

@Mark5649 just refund them through the resolution centre. Its just the opposite of claiming money from them

ok thanks, I did think that but Guest Passes money doesn’t show up to be able to be refunded

As @Mike-And-Jane0 has already indicated you can send whatever payment you like through the Resolution Centre

just go into the booking and click the 'send or receive money ' button.
