I had a guest from the end of July that checked out, whenever we went down to the house, we noticed that they had melted the siding off of the back of the house. I contacted the guest, they refused to pay, so I got Airbnb support involved. To this day, I’m still getting automated responses from Airbnb with no payoff at all. My guest says they will pay a portion if Airbnb will let them know what are they responsible for. After reading online, I see that lots of Airbnb host had the same problem as we are having. It is very frustrating for us , and we are seriously considering switching platforms. Any advice?
