Guest refusing to leave

I need a bit of help. When a guest has canceled their reservation after staying for one night and still refuse to leave. How can I be assisted.

@Felicity113 They are now trespassing. Depending on the law in your location you may be lucky and the police can be called. In many jurisdictions though it is a civil matter and so action is only possible through the courts. Unless, of course, you have some large friends who could help you remove the guest but that approach is fraught with legal issues!

Have you gone to the property so you can get the person who no longer has a booking to leave? 

have you reported this to Airbnb @Felicity113 

in some countries the police may help evict them .
