Guest review - how to respond?

Hello,

 

I have followed the instructions to respond to a review:

 

To respond to a review:

 

  1. Go to Edit Profile on airbnb.com
  2. Click Reviews
  3. Select Reviews About You
  4. Find the review you’d like to respond to and click Leave a Response

 

When I do this I can see no Leave a Response button to click!

 

What should I do?

 

I received this review yesterday.

This is how I leave a response to a guests review:

 

- Go to ‘Inbox’ message area.

- Click on message section for the guest you’d like to leave a public response for.

- Click on ‘details’ (Top right)

- Click on ‘read review’

- Look to the right of where it says ‘public review’ and you will see ‘reply’

- Click ‘reply’ and write your response to their review in the message box.

 

FYI: I do this through the Airbnb phone app.

As of June 2020, this is the method to reply to review. Thanks Kristine. 

Kindly assist with simple step by step instructions of how I can respond to a review by a host.

There should be an email from Airbnb after the guest leaves a review and a button to leave them feedback.

Same here! 

I went back into my regular email and found the email entitled "Read __'s review". Below their review in the email was an option to "Write a Response". Clicking on that led me to a Review page which included the option "Leave Public Review".

@Sue2491 I haven't noticed or seen this change. I click on the read full review email and immediately gives me option to leave public response. Picture attached from just now.
