Guest stealing and leaving a 2* review

I recently hosted 2 guests who stole from the apartment

.the woman admitted she has taken bath robes in the past and never had a problem !! They also stained the bed linen and left the studio in a mess.

I put in a claim for this and was re imbersed by air b @b. 

The guests left a 2* score  stating my place was dirty / tv didn't work etc .but no description of any mess in words.

I have appealed to have the review removed .as they violated house rules .but not having any luck.

I've documented screenshots etc...I now  loose my superhost because of these lies.and then air b & b send me a message on how I can improve on MY cleanliness....!!!!!

They refused to remove the review as although the scoring was low,the review wasn't scathing.
