Guest uploads fake photos to get refund

Hi , i have a guest who upload photos from other dirty hotels and pretend that its my house in order to get refund from Airbnb. Has anyone a similar experience to guide me??

Hi Paula, unfortunately he had done this before and he khow what to do, ofcourse I call airbnb support and guess what ?I refunded him.

Now I'm trying at least to get the money from the damages that he has caused at the house.

I have sent invoices and photos to airbnb and everyday ask for more and no solutions I think it's going to happened because when he uploads the fake photos they refunded him immediately, but I'm trying desperately 4 days and goes on
