Hello @Darlene230
You can create your own scheduled messages. The tool lets you set messages to be sent automatically to guests after they take certain actions, like booking a stay, checking in, or checking out. Scheduled messages work well for sharing routine info about your space
To create a scheduled message.
✅ Go to your hosting Inbox.
✅ Open the left folder menu.
✅ Select Scheduled Messages.
✅ Click or tap + New Message.
✅ Enter a name to identify this template (this won't be shown to guests).
✅ Type your message and insert any shortcodes (ex: Guest's first name) to customize the message.
Hope this helps.
One of the easiest ways is to create a scheduled, automated message to send that information to the guest. I have it so it will send the day of check in at 9am.
Airbnb offered that to me and I took it so I was surprised she even asked me for the info. So, ABB will provide that tomorrow? Correct? Thanks for your response.
It worked out-they arrived and all was well. Thanks.
I appreciate your help.

@Darlene230 The address is available to your guest when booking is completed. He/she probably just doesn't know where to find it. It's in their confirmation.
I've been hosting for several years, and I have yet to understand what AirBnB sends and when they send it. I get notifications that they are sending check-in details to my guests, but I don't know what that contains. In my (automated) confirmation message that guests get when they book, I tell them I'll be sending their check-in details 4 days before arrival. I don't depend on AirBnB to do that, and I'm not sure what they send when they do send something. I create guests' access code for the lock, and there's no way that AirBnB can include that info.
My point to you is that it's best to plan and execute how and what you send to your guests, and do it without depending on AirBnB, unless you are 100% sure that you know what is being sent, when it's being sent, and that it contains the information your guests need.
You can create a "quick reply" so you don't have to compose a new message every time. I think a personal message adds a personal touch, and I generally want to know what time to expect guests, so I have to send a message anyway. I'm sure you get it figured out. Just remember, check-in is the first impression. If something goes wrong, guests will get annoyed, and that doesn't make for a good stay or a good review. Good luck, Kia
Thanks!
@Darlene230 I don't like to rely on the automated system to send my guest the address; the fact that your guest is asking for it means that the system has not worked or the guest can't find it.
Please just send them your address with directions if needed. If they can't find your place easily then you will get a low star rating for check-in.
Imagine if you were a guest and could not find out the address of the airbnb you had booked! I know that I would be seriously worried if I was that guest.
I know that this guest has already arrived by now since your post is from a few days ago, so hope that my suggestions are useful for next time. I try to remember to send out the address and directions about 2-3 days before the reservation starts.
Thank you!
