Somehow my calendar has decided that no one can book 9 months in advance. How do I fix this? I’m losing bookings?

Hi, I have a request from a guest to stay at my place, and, although she has 5 comments from previous hosts, none of them gave her any stars. How should I interpret that? It is the first time I see something like this. Help, please.

What are the comments like?
Can you go to the Host's listings and see what this guest rated the Hosts on their other trips?

I know that stars don’t show up for host’s new listings till we hit an average of x many visits (is it 5?) so maybe this may be the case for the guests? Try calling customer support and ask them what the star ratings are and why they are not showing up.

I was not implying that you were a new host (as you’re a superhost by your badge) but rather that may be the same policy may apply to a guest if they don’t have a certain amount of reviews (stars don’t show up until a person has x number of reviews).
Ive had the same issue occur a couple of times recently. I can't find any rating when i'm trying to review the guest but later, i see its resolved and i can see them. I'm assuming its a bug.
