Not having booked is not necessarily a red flag. You will find there are many hosts who have never stayed in a short term rental who have Airbnb profiles. @Silvia2502
I would be more worried about them asking for a discount (presuming you already have discounts set up for longer stays). And the fact she's coming to have a baby. Why is she having a baby while staying at a STR? what happens if she needs to have an emergency home birth or God forbid there is a problem with her or the baby? Some issues to think about if you want to consider this booking.

Yes, the baby fact worries me a lot. And yes, I already offer 20% discount and she wanted more, normally $4200 down to 3200, she wanted to pay $2000 total. Not fair. I will decline.
I often promote on social media, which brings in guests who might have created accounts years ago but haven't booked any listings since. Thanks to AirCover protection, we are safeguarded. I understand the concerns about older users without reviews, but they generally don't pose issues. However, I've observed that those seeking discounts often expect services beyond what they've paid for. It's essential to ensure appreciation aligns with the value provided. For instance, guests who have received discounts in the past sometimes have higher demands, which may not always correlate with the reduced price they've paid.
