New guest checked in today. Was suppose to be a woman and her daughter. Its a woman and a guy. She has no Airbnb reviews. My guests rent a private room with its own entrance at the far end of the house.
Tonight Im in the living room watching TV with my kids and I hear was sounds like a hardcore porno flick being blasted at full volume. Turns out its the guests... she is screaming so loud you could hear it on the planet Neptune. This is a very uncomfortable situation.
I don't know how people can act like this in someone else's house when they know others are home. I really want to throw them out.

@Maureen544 I would just be straightforward but tactful. Take the booking guest aside if you can, and "I just need to let you know that sound travels throughout the building, and even though you are in a separate apartment, the sound of your private fun is not at all private. I'm not a prude- enjoy yourselves, but try to tone it down several notches, okay?"
Then get some earplugs just in case.
I had exactly the same situation, headboard banging and all, but I only host one guest at a time, and she had brought him home at 3 am. So I didn't have to put up with it for 4 nights, I just let her know the next morning she couldn't have anyone over to spend the night.
In my opinion, you should contact Airbnb Customer Service - use Twitter or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/
Or you will find a pinned post in the Help section how to do it:

I think it goes beyond "normal" hosting. And the guest lied to you about people staying. It's against that advertised "trust."
Thank you Marzena,
I'm having this problem right now and used your link to contact Airbnb for help. Much appreciated!
When the woman showed up with a guy instead of her daughter, as she had stated, I would have not let her in and contacted airbnb immediately. Someone who lies off the bat is not someone I would allow in my home.
Horrible situation for you. I have a neighbor right across the road from me here in the Mexican countryside who is also an airbnb host. My listing is a private room with private bath in my home. The neighbor hosts an open-air building with straw mats and curtains for walls. I have had to hear every word her guests say, their music, their movies, as well as some very noisy bedroom activity. Yet she had the nerve to come over to ask if I could take my dog inside my bedroom at night (she's an outside dog) because she barked for 2 minutes one night and her guests complained!
Sometimes I wish hosts could review other hosts.
.
@Dave75You may need to flag this guest, block her, leave the review "this guest is best suited to a motel room". They also wouldn't have realised the walls were thin and not soundproof. You may need to be more careful in explaining the space in your description also, perhaps change the bed setting, two twins or a double!
"She had no Airbnb reviews" (first flag).
Lies and shows up with a guy (2nd flag).
Uses your place as a 'cheap' motel room (Checker Flag).
Witty witty best laugh I've had today👍
I know, I am so impressed, thus the Checker flag. 😉
As you know @Victoria0, life is serious, but also funny. Btw I love your posts, always filled with the most interesting colloquialisms. LOL
I'm having that problem right now. It's 10am in California and I work from home. This is the second time it has happened to me during my over 2 years as a hostess. The first time I really didn't know what to do. This time, I texted the guest saying that her loud sex was inappropriate for the Airbnb community. I also called her and left a message on her phone. I haven't gotten any replies. My next step is to contct Airbnb. Very unfortunate experience.
Althought the Airbnb room has its own private entrance, the room is attached to the house.
Out of a total of 70 guests I experienced this for the first time this weekend, had to see what others are saying about it. 2000SF split plan house, private hallway, walls and closed doors between us and I heard my guest (45+ yo woman) with her boyfriend (25ish) having loud sex. I didn't know WTH to do. At first I was annoyed and thought "How uncoothe can she possibly be?" but then my German Shepherd puppy went to the blocked off entrance to the private hallway that leads to their room and started howling with them. It was priceless! I then said loudly "Good girl, Jillie, you tell 'em!" and was laughing my butt off. They heard us, they stopped, we won. 🙂 She had already booked the Camper on my property for the next three nights which obviously led to an uncomfortable (for her) discussion in the morning about her loud sex. I told her we should probably get Airbnb otp with her to find her another place as I would be HORRIFIED if I or my neighbors had to hear that for the next three days and nights. I never saw someone so embarrassed, she couldn't look me in the eyes. I'm in the Panhandle of FL, there are VERY little options for housing right now from Hurricane Michael so she basically knew she'd be screwed (LOL pun intended!). As she stared at the table she swore she would be very quiet. To cover my butt, I sent her a follow up email through Airbnb reminding her of our detailed conversation and that she would have to immediately vacate the premises if it happened again. No further problems except how to gather their sheets and towels without touching them and what to leave on her review. Hmmmmm....... 🙂
What was her name?
