Hi everyone I have my property in Manila Philippines and i'm a uncomfortable to accomodate a 6 weeks stay for 6 people. How do i verify if they are legit.?

I see your property does sleep 6 people, and you already have quite a number of good reviews. So I think it's the length of the booking (6 weeks) that's making you uncomfortable?

If you don't want to do such long bookings, you can decline (if it's a booking request) or just say in a message that it's too long for you (if it's only an enquiry and not a booking request).

Then go to the calendar and shorten the maximum stay to what you're comfortable with.
