Guests behaviors

Has anyone else been hosting guests with different behaviors?  Since reopening in August I have Already had to submit bad reviews and will not re-accept 5 different guests. Guests have not been following house rules, cleaning dirty dishes, taking out their trash, etc. So much different than the great guests I used to get. 

Anybody else?

Yes! I'm a new host, but over the past 9 months have had pretty good guests... I had my first "bad"guest in August. They left the listing a total mess and even left trash out in my front yard.

Just today I had a guest completely overflow the toilet in the listing & not inform me that they flooded the bathroom with feces and water before they left!! Go down there right after check out and have now wound up spending the day with a plumber...
