I have received in a reservation from a guest for 8 people. But when they check in they they were 9 persons. When I asked for extra money for 1 person more he refused me telling he reserved the whole guest house. Actually I have several prices for 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 persons. What can you advise. Can I tell about it to airbnb?

Explain to the guests that your property is based on a per person for any guests over five and that if he had put in the correct number of guests staying when he booked he would have been charged correctly on booking . @Ikhtiyor0 say you are sorry that he has misunderstood the basis on which he made the booking .
have you sent the guest a request to amend the booking .
if he doesn't pay for the ninth person you can ask them to leave .
you are of course likely to get a less then sterling review but you're likely to get one anyway and you can leave an honest review

Thank you for your answer to my question. According to the guest Hi did know when making reservation for 8 person. When He came to the guest house I explained that 8 people has different price 9 people have different price. He said that, He reserved 3 rooms anx that was enough for 9 persons, which was against my customer service policy. I am thinking of to contact with airbnb customer support service in order to delete the account of those rip off clients.
Another issue with this guest is about Tourist and Local Tax in the amount of 3$ per person a day which was agreed between each other, and he said ok I shall pay when I arrive in the guest house. But when he checked in he started to tel another story: I am not going to pay to you any tax, because airbnb did not tell me about that, bla bla.
But when I shoved him his agreed email, he had no choice but to pay with anger.
What Should I hove done in that situation? What is your opinion?
You mean I should send a request to pay a tourist tax to airbnb or to a guest?

But The issue related to Tourist and city tax is not so clear to me. So, is it fine If I do not include Tax payment in the price of a room, and take it from a guest while checking in, of course I need to tell them about Tax beforehand
