Guests overstay booking

Two guests booked and paid for 2 nights, but stayed an extra night and have not paid.  I have sent a messge reminding them to pay through Airbnb but had no response. What do I do next?

@Sarah3999 I fear you chalk it up to experience. If guests stay for extra nights with us they only do so AFTER paying.

@Sarah3999 how did they stay without paying? Did you update the reservation dates on Airbnb? If so they should have automatically been charged. Or if not, how did you request payment?

I was blocked from extending their booking on my calendar and could not find any other way to do it.  I have sent 3 messages to the guests for payment with no reply.  I will now block them from my site and give negative feedback.
