Guests sneaking people in

Good Day Airbnb Hosts 

I witnessed my guests coming back from an outing late at night with 2x extra people sneaking in with beddings. my listing allows only 2x max people. as we only have 1x queen size bed.

I witnessed this clearly live on the camera, my husband was showing the one guest how to slide the gate while behind his back otheers came in.

Does Airbnb offer penalties or what does the airbnb customer support do

You should contact the guest straight away and tell them the people not on the booking need to leave @Emmanuelle521
