Help. I suspect my apartment is being used for prostitution

I don’t want to sound prejudice but I have a really bad feeling about the tenants i just let in my apartment.

On the profile it was a picture of a man from the mouth and down, with a clear visible adams apple, but when the guest arrived there was one women who spoke no english (she didn’t even understand welcome or wifi).  This is ok, but she had a very small briefcase for 8 days stay so I thought it was a little strange. When I got in she only counted the beds and asked me “only 2 bed” which i confirmed. She wouldn’t like to know anything other about the apartment so I handed her the keys and left. After about 5 minutes she sent me a strange badly google translated message from Chinese to English that there was something wrong with the keys. I went to the apartment again and knocked on the door, but she didn’t answer. After a minute a walked and i met her on the way up with two other girls with also small briefcases but with a lot of grocery bags filled with ALOT of toilet paper and lotion, and she was clearly very embarrassed about me seeing them and tried to cover up the bags. If she hadn’t been so embarrassed I probably wouldn’t though so much about it. She asked for the number on the doorbell and ran into the apartment clearly embarrassed. The profile it self is a new profile with no reviews (my plan was not to approve the request but it went automatically through), and now I’m not sure what to do. I clearly don’t want a lot of people using the apartment for prostitution, but the has made a rental and I have no proof other than strange behavior, an other person checking in than the person who booked it and an obscène amount of toilet paper and lotion beeing brought in (probably 15 grocery bags). How do I proceed? Has anyone had any similar experiences? Any help is very much appreciated. Also, I tried very hard to consider myself prejudice and bad, but after a long consideration there is defiantly some thing fishy as my apartment is not so cheap and the request was made last minute and the communication is bad as he/she doesn’t reply to any messages just short reply’s as “tourism” or “check in”

This issue got solved, we managed to talk to a "costumer" leaving the apartment and got photo evidence of the whole conversation he had with the tenants, their "real escort" profile with address, name on the doorbell and everything.

We first talked to the local police saying we needed evidence of sexual services being purchased, and after we got this the local police handled the rest.

@Filip-S1  AirBnB doesn't allow third-party bookings. So if a man booked and he's not the person that shows up for the reservation, you have every right to call AirBnB and get the reservation canceled at no penalty to you. AirBnB will ask the guests to leave under those circumstances.

This had all the signs of a sketchy reservation- last minute, poor communication, etc. You should change your settings to not allow reservations on short notice, especially if you have Instant Book on. You need to protect yourself and your property.

Thank you @Kia272 , I have definitely turned off instant booking and got a good lesson for the future.
