Help with a 2 star review, never in 9 years have received one,

Can someone check this review and find any non-compliant vocabulary, also, multiple lies were stated which leads me to ask, "is false unfounded information" allowed in a review?  here's the translation from Spanish to English of the 2 star review:

It's a spacious place, with very comfortable spaces, but it's lacking a lot. The apartment is equipped with very old furniture. The mattresses in the bedrooms are stained and very dirty. New sheets were provided, but the ones available for replacement were old and torn. The curtains were somewhat worn, and one of the bedrooms has a completely broken window; the owner put some kind of plastic over it.


The living-dining room is perhaps the best part. The kitchen has the necessary utensils, there's everything, old and not-so-old items.

 

The cabinets have insects, you can clearly see how spiders make their webs. The laundry area has a washer and dryer.

 

The latter didn't work, and it took almost 20 days until the host resolved the problem. At his suggestion, we washed our laundry at a laundry facility paid for by the owner.

 

The host must be applauded for doing everything possible to fix the washing machine problem. The host was always willing to help with the washing machine issue, but as a person

I'm sorry you had this experience. It's so difficult when you get blindsided by issues the guest didn't raise during their stay and then sting you in their review.

What's your view of the issues the guest raised in the review . Did they raise any issues during their stay relating to insects/cleanliness /furniture etc  @Mitch479 

 

did it take 20 days to replace the washing machine ? 

did you replace the bedding and if so why?

thanks for your reply.  they were without the washer for a large part of the stay due to the following:

step 1:  sent someone out to try to repair it.  would have required significant cost.

step 2.  they left town. so i had to wait until they returned to purchase new one.  that was about a week.

step 3:  purchased new one.  the appliance store loads the machine on their trucks and delivers with an average delivery time from purchase of 24-48 hours. 

step 4:  delivered.

 

Update on this post: the review was contested as retaliatory, then airbnb has decided that it does infact meet review guidelines, so it stays.

 

This guest now has accused me of having recording equipment in this apartment, and there is absolutely zero chance and zero truth to their accusation, I will make a post asking how to handle this.
