@Susannah42 can you kindly elaborate what do you mean by guest communication? Are you trying to contact a host? If yes, Always communicate through Airbnb's messaging system. This ensures that all communications are documented, which is useful if any disputes arise or if you need to refer back to earlier conversations. You should see all communications/messages in your Airbnb inbox. Hope this helps!
