Help with what appears to be a dual listing?

We have booked an Airbnb in December (with a cancellation penalty). It appears that the same exact house is listed twice at a significantly higher price with our dates showing as available. Host has not responded to our messages enquiring why this is the case. Should we report the listing, and if so, how? We do not want to cancel and pay fees for doing so, plus the house is really the only one that meets our stay criteria for the time so do not want to lose the booking but at the same time we are worried the host may cancel on us if someone books at the same dates for a higher price

Are you sure these are the exact same listings for the entire home (not just a portion of the home)?  If so, you can always contact Airbnb with your concerns. Hosts tend not to cancel stays, as they will incur penalties and the dates will not be available for re-booking on the listing.

Of course, if they have duplicate listings, they can accept a booking on the other one. Keep in mind that hosts can have multiple listings for the same property if they are listing just rooms in the home on one listing and the entire home on another.
