Home not booking

I have two homes on airbnb and for some reason only one is booking.  I'm not sure why I'm not able to book my other home.

They  are both beautiful  and  awesome  descriptions.  What I did notice on the one booked  was a  set  nightly price even  if I  said  5 adults on  youur other listing   as soon as I  said  2 adults nightly price almost doubled.   That creates  a sticker shock Haha  Your pricing might be fine I am not  familiar  with your area but  common  sense   says  most potential  renters are  more than  1 person.

Almost $1000 per night if I set 8 guests lol.
