Homeowner terminated contract with us. There are bookings after our termination date. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation.

@Kaye-Leigh0 You will have to cancel and take the penalties unless you can explain to guests what has happened and ask if they are willing to cancel for a full refund. This is risky for them so expect them to say no.
