I need help’ I paid 1.5k for a Airbnb in Honolulu, which is half of the total amount. The other half was to paid two weeks later. The host and Airbnb are giving me the runaround. They said I canceled for not making partial payments, and that the system canceled my reservation. I did not get any emails of cancellation. My reservation was deleted from Airbnb, and the host said they have strict policies and to take it up with Airbnb. Who’s stole my money and ruined my vacation? I can’t sleep at night.. 😩

Hi @Sal4781 , I'm sorry to hear what happened with the reservation. Did you reach out to the Customer Support team in this regards? Have you noted the reservation id to share with the Support team?
