Horrible Mile end house in London

I have book a reservation with Airbnb. What A MISTAKE. The place was in clean, leak in my room for 3 weeks . I contacted customer service 12 times . They always closed my cases and dies t do anything and let the host go away with it !! They are asking me to wait for the host to fix it !! That crazy it’s has been 3 weeks and no one is doing anything. Do not used they service, they are scammers!!! That un acceptable to have this kind of places in to rent as Airbnb. I fell unsafe and they don’t care !! I’m gonna report them to the police!

I am sorry for your difficult experiences if there is a leak in your room the host is unable to fix and the place is not clean (in what way) then ask Airbnb to cancel your booking so you can find somewhere.

why do you feel unsafe at the listing!.

the police in our country deal with criminal matters so wouldn't be able to help you with civil matters such as accommodation bookings

thank you for your answer. I done it, but there doing nothing and says that they have to ask the host and she is not responding . She knows what she is doing and ask me to wait until the end of séjour to fix the problem. That crazy etc pay that much money for a horrible place . Can’t believe that Airbnb is this bad !! Will never use this service again.
