Hello Airbnb community,
I'm writing to you to ask for help regarding a host scam, the story is as follows. I booked an Airbnb in Tangier from July 31st to August 7th, when checking in the host's brother came over to hand the keys and while checking out the hold told me to give the keys to a pizza restaurant downstairs and nobody was available during the checkout this was part of our discussion in Airbnb message service.
I made sure a house is clean and tidy and everything is in place (I use Airbnb for over 7 years and I'm a host also), surprisingly on August 7th around 11pm I received a damage reimbursement request from the host of a total value of around 427€ (broken bed and some lost items), I was shocked since I was 100% sure no items were broken or stolen, picture were provided but I was lucky my sister takes a lot of stories using her phone and the bed showed up in the video all good just before we left the flat and hand the keys to the pizza restaurant, the host took almost two days to fill this claim and was never available in the checkout.
After providing infos to Airbnb support, and showing that bed sheet and pillow from the pictures provided by the host are completely different from the ones in our last video, airbnb sided with the host and still claiming that damage amount in favor of the host (check photos below, left in mine and right in host's)

I'm unable to pay these damage fees and 100% sure no damage was done while I was in the accommodation, I have no idea how to handle this with airbnb support and unfortunately this account will have to be suspended after this long time being a loyal guest on recently becoming a host unless someone provides help of course.
