I’ve already hosted on Airbnb in this apartment before, and now I’m listing it again because I’m moving out.
I remember it used to get constant bookings, but now it seems really quiet.
I’d like to rent it out starting in December 2025 and throughout all of 2026.
How can I make my listing more visible and attract guests again?

Your place looks great, the location is wonderful.
The single most important factor on my search around your area is your price per night. From my search for 4 adults, your rate is more than 2x that of many options to stay around you.
You may have to review your rate and meet the completion to get better consideration.

Graham
Hi @Babí-Martins0 😊,
We are happy to have you back here!
Is it maybe a slow period for you?
I’m tagging a few hosts who might know how to help you with this: @Nandini11, @Graham490, @Casa-De-La-Tierra0, @Kelly333 and @Margaret491.
Thank you in advance, everyone!

@Babí-Martins0 where is your property? Would you consider listing it as a business on Google? Sometimes people are looking on Maps to find a place to stay. We created a website, which just provides descriptions, photos, and a link to our Airbnb listing and found that it does indeed drive a little more traffic. Also, would you like to link you listing for some feedback?
Hi @Casa-De-La-Tierra0 and @Graham490 😊,
Thank you so much for helping our hosts with these ideas.
I hope everything is going well on your end, and I wish you a wonderful day!
