Host are treated like trash on Airbnb

I have had the worst experience with airbnb. They do not care about the host at all. They will let them leave reviews with outright lies and racial comments. They will take the guest side every single time no.matter how wrong the guest is. It is the worst place to host your units but its the only place you can make any money consistently. Its really a shame how bad the host are treated on this site. I plan to sue them for the reviews they have allowed guests to leave.

Yes, this is how airbnb treats its host. Guest are allowed to lie on reviews and nothing is done about it. Airbnb also closes thread like this from host after so long as well.

I've had guest leave retaliatory reviews, clearly lie, and complain about things they agreed to in my house rules... those reviews stayed.
