is ok for a host to ask my id photo after i check out? i was asked after 5 days i left.

The host should have asked for your ID up front as I understand it's a legal requirement in Greece .

Does that mean, you already did send the photo?

In this case the host has all the information requested, and acoount deletion does not help your privacy.
