Host demanding cash and cancelled booking in staying because i said no to more cash

A host in Spain sayalonga has taken cash then air bnb payment.  When I refused cash he called airbnb and lied.  They then cancelled booking and said I did I pay another 87£  

Air bnb agents fake do not call back and really not trained to deal with anything other then stealing money.called police as host tried get into rook 2am last night 3 times I am terrified of him he is a violent alcohol from UK living in Spain.

@Jaina5 You need to call Airbnb again and demand they move you from this listing. Even if they won't help I suggest you get out and find somewhere safe to stay. Hopefully they will sort out the mess soon.

Thank you for reply. Yes I am trying. But waiting for refund. Police told him yo stop abusing me and refund me. Air bnb staff are not helpful. They lie and never call back. He taking 150 cash .. 297£ for ait bnb then demanded another 87£ last night he tried to get onto my room and he let another guy in. He is from Leicester but knows nothing about it. Drink all.day and night and is abusing me with intimidation. I have to citizens arrest him.last night for trying yo get into my room  3 times. Air bnb staff did nothing. Thank god police in Spain are good. He called air bnb lying. And they didn't even say he can leled booking. They put it as guest cancelled. Air bnb staff are scam s mush as host. Robert iann pratt sayalonga is putting me in danger. He beat a black women and spainsh women in past 10 yrs been court and still absues women.

I'm not going till refund sorted as advised by police. Police told him to stop begging for cash..  he had payment from Air bnb. He is a long scammer and violent drunk. Shame I can't add pics videos to show u all. Air bnb is selective only care for money . **  he bullying me .. 2am-4am  he tried to get into my room

@Jaina5 it is possible that you will not be refunded for ten days and if you cannot leave then Airbnb may refuse the refund. Please ask the police or other authorities to help you into crisis accommodation . Do not continue to stay . Call airbnb when you have gone but messag e to them as you go along... H

Hi.. Air bnb didn't contact me to say its cancelled. U used a friend of his andrie c who works for air bnb. Called police last night they told me not to leave and warned him bout his behaviour.  Yrs I leaving more than happy to get away from a guy like that. Air bnb didn't check that its a farm shed not a legal home. . Police have said heist return all my money

I'm in Spain law don't work like that here no emergency accommodation is available.   Spain you have to defend yourself. Police told him to stay away from me . I'm happy to go and following air bnb advice to stay here till a soealust team calls back. I d9nt think they actually exists

If I don't get refund for 5 days I will take air bnb court. They leave single women in dangerous surround.  They don't care who gets abused raped or hurt by host. They interested in money

Why would you stay and put yourself at risk for £87?

Get out now and leave Airbnb to sort the issues out later. Any refund will come through Airbnb and won't be immediate 

tell Airbnb to put you in a hotel or other listing .

I did leave.   I contact Airbnb they are so unhelpful.  Leave women in danger.  I email ceo of Airbnb too. 

I will be taking this matter to court. Air bnb taken 900£ for long stay and host abused me in 5 days.  He drunk in my room 3 times last night with another person hiding in his room.. he planned all that to get me out steal my money . He took all my cash stolen my things and ate all my food
