Host has "laundry on site" but we have to pay for clean towels/sheets

Hello ! So, pretty much like the title says. The host is renting a bunch of appartments and they provide laundry on site. It's fairly cheap and all but we are paying for a cleaning fee. Now, I don't mind paying for my own clothes and personal stuff but they don't provide a change of linens/towels. Which, ultimately I wouldn't care about, but we have to pay for laundry..... so we have to pay to have clean linens and towels.

I find it's a bit of a stretch. I have contacted airbnb support to see if that's "legit" or if they should be providing either a change of sheet or free laundry ? Mind that they have cleaners coming in once a week to vacuum and mop, but don't clean the sheets. I'm curious how this makes any sense.

@Margaux130 Is this a long term stay? If linen is provided it should be clean initially  but then Airbnb gets a bit fuzzy on what happens during long term stays leaving it up to the guest/host to negotiate.

It depends on what is stated in the advertisement. The laundry must be paid for. Then the landlord has two options: Include the cost of laundry in the rent. Charge the laundry costs separately.
