Host not giving the promised partial refund

Hi, 

Me and my girlfriend booked a place for 10 nights in Alhambra, LA for early August. After staying 2 nights we left the apartement because of ants everywhere and the uncorrectness of pictures and description. We sorted the issue with airbnb support and the Host therefore promised us multiple times a partial refund of the nights we didn't stay, but after cancelling and giving the key back we haven't heard from her since. 

What can we do except messaging her?
