Host reimbursement from AirBnB

Hi all,

I have had a few issues with guests but no luck with host reimbursement from AirBnB.

Is there anyone from Saint Lucia who has gotten reimbursed by AirBnB?

I really need to know why I can't get a proper claim reimbursed.

@M-30 I am not from St Lucia but my recent experience has been that Aircover claims are paid quickly as long as you provide any and all documentation that they request.    What happened in your case?  Did you provide documentation or did they simply deny it?   If denied did they tell you why?

I didn't get any response except that the claim was closed. I provided an invoice and photos of the damage.

They did also indcae that the guest denied causing the damage.

No one reached out or asked any additional questions.
