Hosting a Host who ignores Policy

What would you do?  

I'm hosting an Airbnb host from abroad, who has clearly ignored airbnb platform, as well my smoke-free property policy, inside and outside.  Day three of his twenty-four day stay.

2.1 Searching. You can search for Host Services by using criteria like the type of Host Service, travel destination, travel dates, and number of guests.

4.1 Your Responsibilities. You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any Accommodation, Experience or other Host Service.

Why is the guest violating ToS articles 2.1 and 4.1 ?

Smoking is a violation of your houserules.

Ask the guest to respect your houserules.

Did that ... he ignores me.  

However, he didn't ignore Airbnb when I finally got in touch with them!
