Hosting when away

How do others manage their bookings when they don't live on site? Our listing is on our property, but we have never had anyone stay when we are not home. How do others do this?

@Andrea8594  We have our housekeeper and handyman act as our guest contact when we travel.  They are, however, not our co-hosts through AirBnB.  We have a separate agreement with them for their services and we compensate them for their time.
