We send them our house manual which includes general rules and how to use the appliances, adjust the temperature, open the windows (it’s a 2 step process with a locking mechanism), etc. and where to find everything they may need. It is available on the app but many don’t bother to read it or look for it. I sent it 24 hours prior in the messages so they can find or know how to use anything in the suite. I thought it may be too much but the guests all mention how helpful it is to know where things are or how to use them if they need the information. I do list the item and then the location and instructions on how to use it. For example, Umbrella: It is located inside the entryway bench.
