How AirBnB also protects criminal guests!!

Hello folks.

Two Polish guests checked in yesterday. They arrived three hours late and behaved very conspicuously because they were also shown to adjoining rooms. They later left the accommodation without staying overnight. Security camera footage showed them trying to get into other rooms. They obviously found something interesting there, because they took the key to the accommodation and didn't report back. I have filed a criminal complaint against the guest*.

And what is AirBnB's behaviour? They won't compensate for the damage caused by replacing the lock, nor will they give out the guest's full details.

So you can only conclude that AirBnb itself protects criminal guests.

Hello @Eugen1280 ,

The origin of the guest is irrelevant. I hope that one day people will stop categorizing themselves and others.

It means nothing about future guests from the same country.
