How can I list on Airbnb?

Hi @Mike3647 

Go to airbnb.com or download the Airbnb app.

On the app, tap menu and  tap “Create a listing” then choose the property type (house, apartment, room etc.) Indicate if it’s an entire place, a private room, or a shared room.

Set your location accurately then 

name your space (e.g., “Cozy Garden Cottage with Pool”).

Upload clear, high-quality photos of every room, outdoor space, and amenities.

Write a compelling description 

highlight what’s unique or local. 

Mention nearby attractions, airport access, etc.

List amenities (WiFi, air conditioning, parking, kitchen, etc.).

Set your house rules like your check-in time, check out times, Guest Rules like (no smoking and quiet hours)

Then set your pricing.

Review your local policy and safety requirements.

Then once you are ready to host “click Publish” You’ll receive booking requests or instant bookings, depending on your settings.
