@Rida448 your setup looks good, and so is the suburb, so perhaps its all about the price. I suggest you carefully check your competition and undercut them (via discounting hard) until you have 4 or 5 positive reviews. The other thing is seasonality, but I have no idea on your area.

There are a lot of photos and perhaps some of them are not easy to understand what they are. People want to see the bed/ bathroom/ kitchen/ etc and then the views & pool etc. so focus on those 'comfort' things. 

I think you will soon be nice and busy.
