How can we find "NO-Pet" rentals ?

There is a filter for pet friendly rentals but there is no filter to see properties that don't allow animals. We just want to eliminate all pet friendly rentals and find a clean no-pet rentals. Looks like filtering is not an option for this. Any idea how to do this easily without going through one by one.

Hi @Mustafa297

Unfortunately there's no pet-free filter. This is because all hosts have to accept service animals when required, as follows:

Even if you have a no pets rule, you must allow a Service Animal to accompany its owner unless you are granted an exemption, and you can’t charge the guest a pet fee.

These guidelines also apply to guests with Emotional Support Animals in any place where applicable law requires hosts to accommodate Emotional Support Animals. If your listing is not in one of those places, then you can charge a pet fee for an Emotional Support Animal or apply your no pets rule to them.

Yes...this can be a real issue for those who have extreme allergies to pet dander. I have a relative who experienced this very issue and had to cancel a stay (no refund offered by the Host) due to allergies. In all fairness, he realized he was at fault as he hadn't noticed they did accept pets.

As @Shelley159 points out, you can never be assured there was not a service animal at least in the listing, even if it says NO PETS. Your best bet is to find listings that don't allow pets, and then message the Host and ask if they have ever hosted with a service animal, even if they don't allow Pets and mention your allergies as a concern (if you have them).
